Ordering process

  • Pick your flavors and pack sizes from the pricing menu — tap a pack to add it to your cart.
  • Open your cart and checkout securely with Stripe.
  • Enter your preferred pickup date at checkout.
  • We’ll bake your order fresh and confirm pickup details by email.
  • Orders are available for local pickup in Las Vegas, NV. Local delivery may be available — ask us!

Lead time

We bake to order. A few days’ notice is usually enough; larger orders may need a little more time. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability — just ask!

We bake to order. A few days’ notice is usually enough. Larger orders may need a bit more time. Ask if you’re closer than that—we sometimes have room.

Orders are for local pickup in Las Vegas, NV. Delivery may be available—ask when you book. We’re by appointment only.

Policies

Refund & cancellation policy

  • Online orders are paid in full at checkout.
  • Cancellations requested more than 48 hours before your pickup date may be refunded minus any non-recoverable costs; contact us ASAP.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are generally non-refundable once baking has started.
  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. We will do our best to make it right.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Sugar Kisses LV collects only the personal information you provide to us (such as your name, email address, phone number, and order details) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored by us. By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to this privacy policy.

Allergen notice

Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and peanuts. They may also come into contact with tree nuts. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
